Sometimes the wishes of a decedent do not match those of the persons interested in the decedent’s estate. we have represented parties on both sides of litigation involving disputes over the validity and genuineness of wills offered for probate — executors defending the wills in which they are named, and those persons with good cause to doubt the validity of those wills.
